Converting images to another format:

You can convert images to any one of file formats supported by Advanced Viewer.

  1. In the file manager, select one or more images, and then click: .
  2. Select a destination file format.
  3. Click Properties, to change any options associated with the selected file format.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Select the destination folder.

Scanning images using TWAIN:

Twain is the interface standard for scanners and some digital cameras.

  1. In the file manager click Tools | TWAIN scan.
  2. Click Select a source and select the name of your scanner from the list.
  3. Click Scan.
  4. Select or change the options.
  5. Click OK.

Printing your images:

  1. In the file manager click Tools | Print.
  2. Choose image: From the file, From collector or use default image (if you click Print in the viewer or in the image editor).
  3. Click Printer setup and select printer options.
  4. Select image position, size and gamma correction.
  5. Click Print.

Displaying an image in the Viewer:

Select an image in the File manager and press the Enter key, or Double-click an image, or click: .

Displaying a group of images in the Viewer:

  1. In the File manager select a group of images (or group of folders with images ! ).
  2. Click: .

Displaying of all images on drive:

  1. Open the File manager, select drive (for example: "C:\") or select a group of drives !
  2. Click: .

Setting an image as the desktop wallpaper:

You can select any image and set it as the desktop wallpaper.

  1. In the file manager click Tools | Customize wallpaper.
  2. Choose image from file or from collector.
  3. Select Formatting, Scaling and Cycle shift.
  4. Click Apply.

Playing media:

Select a video or audio file in the File manager and Double-click, or click Tools | Media player.

MP3 tag editor:

You can edit tags of mp3 files.

  1. In the file manager select mp3 audio file.
  2. Click the right mouse button and select: Open | ADV Base I/O Plugin.
  3. Edit fields: Title, Artist, Album, Year, Gene, Comment.
  4. Click Write.

Viewing texts:

Select a TXT or RTF file in the File manager and press Enter or Double-click, or select: Open | ADV Text Reader Plugin.

Converting text files to another format:

  1. In the file manager select TXT or RTF file.
  2. Press Enter.
  3. In the ADV Text Reader select: File | Save As...
  4. Choose destination format (TXT, HTML or PDF).
